Website case study for London aesthetic clinics

To redesign and develop from the ground up a new website for this leading London-based multi-branch aesthetic company.  The brief was to provide a usable interface for both the front-end website and to create an intuitive easy-to-use admin system for the content management.

Swiss Aesthetics is a leading provider of skincare, laser and aesthetics in North London. Established for over 15 years they have treated thousands of patients. With multiple branches conveniently located throughout London, the clinics are staffed with GMC/GDC registered doctors. Swiss Aesthetics pride themselves on a dedicated service that prioritises the needs and goals of their clients. The team of experienced doctors and specialists are committed to delivering safe, effective, and long-standing treatments that produce real results.

The strategy

Working with the Swiss Aesthetic team our designers provided a new website design that would provide the company with a clean and professional framework.  The website was to provide its viewers with extensive information including:

• Treatments - Information about each treatment including images and video links.  FAQs specific to each treatment and treatment related blogs and special offers.  A contact form to be present on each treatment page
• Special offers - Swiss Aesthetics refreshes its special offers on a monthly basis and these are displayed within a special offer page as well as displaying special offers specific to each treatment
• Branch Locations - Information and images on each location
• Staff - Visual representation of key staff members across the company
• Blogs
• News

The key part of this project was to develop a custom CMS system where the Swiss Aesthetics staff could manage the content.  This includes:

• Treatments - To create and update treatments within pre-set categories.  The key here is the staff can build the pages using easy to use panels to display full text, dual column, images and videos
• Treatment Blogs - to create and manage treatment related blogs
• Treatment FAQs - to creete and manage treatment related faqs
• Treatment Prices - to create and manage treatment related prices
• Clinics - To create and manage branches including information and multiple images
• Staff - To create and manage staff including profile uploads
• Blogs - To create and manage blogs
• News - To create and manage news
• Home Page Banners - To create and manage the home page slider images and content
• Testimonials - To create and manage customer testimonials.
