Website case study for Property Management company

We were tasked with creating the brand for Maneli Property Management.  Our team created the brand to the delight of our clients along with a striking logo.  The next step was to design and create a clean modern looking infomational website

The client

Maneli is a London-based porperty management company offering block management, property management, insurance claims and loss adjusting.  Maneli believes that communication, transparency, and attention to detail are the cornerstones of exceptional property management.

The strategy

Our design team firstly created a brand ideas board for the Maneli directors.  The meeting was incredibly short as one of the ideas totally stood out at them and in their words "we love it!" sealed the path for the brand development.  The design team then crafted and finished the brand creation. 

The next step was the website design which again was quickly approved due to 'hitting the nail on the head'.  The project then went to the in-house development team who started on the bespoke ground-up development.   The website is informational however we have built in a CMS system that will easily allow Maneli to add in managed properties.
